From a saved brief to a reusable result

Choose your client in the agent setup guides and connect it through Agents settings. Confirm it can list your ordinary Board items before starting real work.

Read permission covers ordinary Board items, not just the brief you name. Write permission lets the agent create content and edit its own items; “Edit anything” widens that editing access. Grant only the permissions you intend to use.

1. Save an ordinary Board note with a distinctive title, your objective, source material and what a useful answer should contain. Leave credentials and private keys out of it.
2. Ask your connected agent to find that exact title, read the item, and save its answer as a new item with a recognizable title. Give it the item ID if several titles match.
3. Open the result on your board. Check its facts, links and assumptions against the brief before using it.

For example: “Read my PasserJack item titled ‘Bike shop booking brief’. Save a new item titled ‘Booking review’ with three suggested improvements, their reasons and open questions. Do not publish or share it yet.”

Copy the useful parts into your own work, add a note with your corrections, or ask the agent to revise its saved result. Use a shared tag to keep the brief and result easy to find.

On a paid plan, you can ask the agent to publish a self-contained HTML report. Review the content first, then specify the intended audience and expiry when asking for a share link. An agent can update content behind an existing live link. Agree on what may change before relying on the report as a final record, and keep an independent copy when you need one.

Connecting an agent does not unlock the Vault. Vault reads need separate permission and an explicit unlock window; close that window when you finish. Browser Vault captures are encrypted on your device, while API captures and agent access have different trust boundaries described on the security page.

Revoke an unused key or app connection in Agents settings. Review share links separately in Access settings; revoking an agent credential does not retract the work or links it already created.
