If your first paid subscription is not a fit, contact PasserJack support within seven days of your first payment for a full refund of that payment. This applies to both monthly and annual subscriptions.
Renewals and unused portions of a billing period are not refundable, except where required by law. Contact support about duplicate charges or other billing errors. Contact support or read the full refund policy.
Moving back to Free does not delete your saved files. You can still access existing content; new file uploads require a paid plan and available storage.
