Terms of service
Last updated 7 September 2026
Your rights and responsibilities when using PasserJack, including account access, payments, and service availability.
Using PasserJack
These terms govern your use of PasserJack to store, access and share content across devices and connected agents. Use the service lawfully and respect the rights of others.
Your account
You need a Google account to sign in. You are responsible for activity under your account, including the devices, API keys and connected applications you authorize. Protect those credentials and revoke access you no longer recognize or need.
Your content and sharing
Your content remains yours. We claim no ownership of it. PasserJack processes content to provide the features you use, as described in the privacy policy, and does not use it to train models or target advertising.
You are responsible for having the right to store and share your content and for not using the service to hold or distribute anything unlawful.
Public links can be opened by anyone who has them; restricted links require an allowed signed-in account. Encrypted one-click links also convey the ability to open their content. Choose the audience and expiry carefully. Revoking access cannot recall copies someone already obtained.
When you request a media download from a linked platform, you are responsible for having the right to keep that copy and complying with the platform's terms. PasserJack may refuse or remove downloads that draw a complaint.
Plans and payment
The Free plan supports text, links and code. Paid plans add file attachments, storage and the features shown on the pricing page. Applicable prices and billing intervals are shown before purchase.
Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe on your selected schedule and renew until canceled. Cancellation stops renewal; paid access continues through the current billing period unless you request an immediate closure or a full refund.
Failed payments may result in a return to the Free plan after billing recovery attempts. A plan downgrade does not itself delete your saved content. Plan limits may prevent new uploads until your account is within its allowance.
Refunds and support
If your first paid subscription is not a fit, contact PasserJack support within seven days of your first payment for a full refund of that payment. This applies to both monthly and annual subscriptions.
Renewals and unused portions of a billing period are not refundable, except where required by law. Contact support about duplicate charges or other billing errors.
Send refund requests from the email address associated with your account. The seven-day window is measured by when you send the request, not when support replies. An approved full refund ends the refunded subscription and returns the account to Free; it does not delete your saved content. Refunds go back to the original payment method, and your payment provider determines when they appear.
We aim to reply within two business days, Monday through Friday.
Limits and acceptable use
Storage quotas, item and file size limits, and rate limits protect service availability. Do not attempt to access another account without authorization, interfere with the service, or send unsolicited email through sharing features.
Availability and recovery
PasserJack does not offer an uptime guarantee. Keep an independent copy of content you cannot afford to lose.
Vault recovery requires a trusted device or your recovery code. If both are lost, support cannot recover the encrypted content. A vault reset lets you start again after a waiting period; it destroys the old vault rather than restoring it.
Account closure and suspension
You may stop using PasserJack at any time and request account deletion through PasserJack support. Canceling a subscription does not delete the account, and deleting individual items does not cancel a subscription.
We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms, harms others, or consumes resources far beyond the service's plans. Where it is reasonable to warn you first, we will.
Warranties and liability
PasserJack is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before whatever went wrong.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or protections that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
