PasserJack on iPhone and iPad

Use your board in Safari, add it to your Home Screen, and connect Apple Shortcuts to send content from other apps.

Add your board to the Home Screen

  1. In Safari, open PasserJack and sign in.
  2. Open Safari’s Share menu, then choose Add to Home Screen. Confirm the name and add it.
  3. Open PasserJack from the new icon and sign in if asked. Use the same account as your other devices.

Home Screen installation gives you quick access to your board. Sending from another app uses the Shortcut setup below.

After the Home Screen web app has loaded its offline shell online, an offline launch offers a small ordinary-text/file composer. Captures wait locally until you reconnect and confirm the account in the local capture inbox. They are plaintext on this device, not Vault captures or a server backup; storage clearing or eviction can remove them. This browser feature does not add an offline composer to the native app.

Set up the share Shortcut

  1. On a computer, open PasserJack’s account menu, choose Settings, then Devices.
  2. Choose Connect your phone. Scan the displayed QR code with your iPhone or iPad camera and open the link.
  3. Sign in on the phone to the account you want to send to. Choose Set up this phone.
  4. Follow the Shortcut instructions shown on that screen. They include your capture address, device token and account’s file limits. If an import link is offered, you can use it instead.
  5. In another app, open Share and choose your PasserJack Shortcut. Send a short test note and confirm it appears on your board.

If you only have your phone, open Settings, then Devices on it. The Shortcut recipe and Advanced: device tokens sections provide the manual setup path. Follow the current in-app recipe rather than copying configuration from another account.

A device token grants access to your account. Keep it private. Setting up the same phone again replaces its previous token, so update any Shortcut that used the old one.

Native iOS app

If you received a PasserJack TestFlight invitation, install using that invitation and connect your account in the app. The native app adds PasserJack to the system share sheet.

A public App Store download is not offered here. The Safari and Shortcuts setup above is available without a beta invitation.

Check a failed share

Confirm the Shortcut is enabled for the Share Sheet and follows the field types in the in-app recipe. Keep your device token current and verify the destination account. Files and images require a paid plan.

Keep the original content until the item appears on your board. If a token was exposed, revoke it under Settings, Devices, Advanced: device tokens and configure a new one.
